Brooks loves snow, especially in his mouth.
Two weeks into January we were still enjoying unseasonably warm weather, but winter finally came to Michigan, we even got a little snow. In January, Dan went to Florida for a conference. The best part of the trip was winning a new digital camera! Two weeks later he was off to Washington DC for another conference. While there Angie's mom came to visit. It was great to see her and the kids loved it, but it was miserably cold for the whole visit. We're still hoping for some warmer temperatures soon. Dan tried a goatee for a while.
Alaina is almost walking! She walks well behind the little push car, doesn't dare do it by herself. She is a real ball of energy! She is holding on the the cold the longest, but is doing much better now. She has the cutest personality. I don't know why, but everyone tells they just want to gobble her up.
Angie is still teaching her dance classes and taking one of her own. Primary keeps her busy, especially on the phone. Everyone says she does a great job. She is doing an awesome with her own kids as well. Just look at them!
Brooks is like a parrot, repeating everything. His language skills are improving all the time. Potty training is going well too. He likes to wear his Thomas the Train and Diego underwear. Today he went to church in underwear and was completely successful. It is fun to watch them both grow and take pleasure in things like chocolate milk!
