We are surviving the heat wave out here. Luckily, we stocked up on Otter pops beforehand. It is the humidity that is the worst. My attending physician had a friend come up from Florida for the weekend and was quoted as saying that "this was hell on earth" and could wait to get back to Florida.
I don't know why our babies like to do crunches so much, but Lainey has recently started her ab workout, always trying to pull her head and shoulders up. She should be sitting up in no time especially with the broad base she is developing. She's still working towards taking a bottle and binky. She just has the tounge motion all wrong, pushing everying out rather than sucking. She is improving though. She was excited tonight to stare at her new mobile. The one that Brooks used had a spring that sprung on the wind up motor, so she got a brand new one. These picture were taken tonight. Hope all are doing well. Lots of love
